I am honored to inform you that it was brought to our attention by the Police General Directorate by order no. 40113/941 that the Red Cross meets difficulties in procuring necessary food for the wounded and a shortage of milk is observed on the market due to the fact that the milk is being bought up by the Jews.



Please take all necessary measures to assist the Red Cross and if needed to restrict the buying of milk by Jews.
